It is a fund financed by the banks. If a bank fails, depositors can be compensated from the DGS fund up to a maximum of \u20ac100,000 per depositor. Part of the DGS reform is the introduction of a standard for Dutch banks to build and deliver deposit-related data per depositor. This delivery is called the Individual Customer Image. The IKB contains in outline per depositor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an overview of all deposits of thedeposit holder<\/li>\n<li>markings whether the deposit and the depositor are eligible for the DGS<\/li>\n<li>additional information needed to proceed to payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DNB announces adjustments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Dutch Central Bank has announced adjustments to DGS. Version 1.1 of the Data Delivery Agreement (GLO) will be released July 1, 2019, and became effective January 1, 2020. From that point on, the new formats must be delivered.<\/p>\n<p>There will be the following changes in delivery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"O0\">5 entities deleted<\/li>\n<li>Rename (1), delete (4) and add (1) attributes<\/li>\n<li>Changes to 29 validation rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The delivery of IKB will remain in CSV. There will be no changes to the encryption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Privacy Rules<\/strong><br \/>\nBSN number and Bank account number should not be used as ID in the submission. A depositor, as we know, must be uniquely identifiable. Validating whether this is actually the case remains signaling, since otherwise almost no one would be able to deliver. However, DNB will combine the data in the IKB submission with the results of the audit to reach an opinion on whether depositors are actually uniquely identifiable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Change in quarterly reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quarterly reports will have to be delivered in XBRL as of 31\/3\/2020, there will be changes to the format and the connection with the FINREP will be included in the overview. New validation rules have also been defined. DEX RS supports the new layouts and generation of XBRL. The adjustments announced above will be available for implementation within one month of publication<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"\">Below is the DGS report for bank
